Bonus Deuces differs from the regular Deuces Wild in that it offers extra payoffs for some "natural" (no wild card) hands. Specifically, a natural four-of-a-kind pays 10 and a natural straight-flush pays 50. In addition, the payoff for a wild four-of-a-kind is reduced from 5 to 4, while a flush pays 3 instead of 2 and a full house pays 4 instead of 3. These payoff differences create some interesting strategy changes for many hands. One simple example: When dealt two pair in Deuces Wild it is correct to throw away one of the pairs, while in Bonus Deuces you should keep both.
